Last weekend was the official launch of the Body Solutions beach circuits. Held by Greg, our very own former royal marine, West Kirby beach was the perfect location and the day proved to be a huge success. We will be holding these classes each Saturday morning at 9am during the summer months. check out our group on facebook, add 'BodySolutions WestKirby' and we will keep you informed of all our upcoming events.
